100% agree with this. I’m in the same situation (much closer on MQMs and MQDs, but it would still require a bit of work) and I thought about shooting for DM, but there’s almost no way I’d get back to PM for 2024. Staying at PM for 2023 will make it basically a lock for me in 2024, so that’s what I’m doing.
