Boy oh boy am I confused …
Hi guys, I hope you can help me figuring this one out.
I am booked on UA 239 (ATL - IAD) later today and sitting at #1 of the CPU list.
The person that was in second position just last night got upgraded, the person now sitting in second position is a non-rev (might be a pilot) so that means my upgrade won’t happen even if I was on #1 of their list.
Why was the person after me put in First Class instead of me? Any ideas?
It’s a bummer, I’ve never been this close (UA Gold) and now it’s gonna be DOA 😅😩
