We got our eVISA issued, hotel and accommodation booked. For those of you who booked through JGA, did you: 1) receive itinerary template initially without asking or 2) ask for the itinerary after the eVISA has been issued.
I sent 2 (very polite) emails before getting my itinerary from them. First one got ghosted. 2nd one got a response. They didn’t send an invitation letter(despite me asking for it), but after talking with people here that might not be necessary if you’re from US.
I read that Reddit guy’s comments on having his ERFS canceled by jga. He purchased on Sep 2(same day as me), so that is disconcerting - however the email he sent to them was basically shouting - all caps, panicked, and not at all polite. Not that it makes it right, but I wonder if that’s why they cancelled it.
Regardless that story does make me hesitant to engage in further communication with them. They do ask that we follow up once the visa is issued, but I don’t want them to cancel my ERFS for doing so lol.
