Seigex yes you are spot on about what I was inquiring about. It just seemed like a prudent document to have just in case especially with the travel agency logo, etc. I suspect that once in Japan it really won't matter since there are such a mix of visitors and business people. I have traveled to Japan a lot and once you're incountry it really doesn't matter how you got in.
I saw a comment on the Redditt Japan travel forum for this week about someone who was trying to get a copy of the template and these items. I believe he may have pestered them a lot as eventually they cancelled his ERFS certificate!
Before I contact JGA I just wanted to see what others had recently experienced since JGA is quite busy but still being prompt about delivering the certificates quickly.
I am in the same situation as you. I want to request itinerary from JGA but also worried that they will cancel the ERFS like the reddit post if I message them again. We got our eVISA issued, hotel and accommodation booked. For those of you who booked through JGA, did you: 1) receive itinerary template initially without asking or 2) ask for the itinerary after the eVISA has been issued.
