I was considering this company back when guided tours were required. I don't have any personal experience with them, but at the time I found a reddit post from someone saying they paid for an ERFS from the site and got ghosted. It looks like the post was removed since then, but you can still see the replies. IIRC, the poster said it had been a couple weeks and they never received the ERFS and never heard anything from them after the payment confirmation. I can't personally vouch for this info but wanted to pass it along.
