Posted to wrong airline
I am a blue BAEC and Gold Enrich MY holder. On my SIN-SYD BA in Y+ I accessed the Qantas and BA lounge with my MY gold (OWS) and specifically said to keep my BA number on the booking. My boarding pass wasn’t changed for both lounges and the booking remained the same in the BA app. The points didn’t post so I got the same invalid ticket message when claiming missing avios and TP. Today I see it’s posted to MY Enrich, despite specifically stating not to and the Lounge agent not entering it.
what can be done? I needed these qualifying flights.
