Hi again, I just talked to a diff BA Dept. Agent told me to file the claim online but BA site clearly says that in order to file a baggage claim online you need to have a DPR. Previous phone agent said I should have done this at the airport but their website says that you have up to 7 days from the time you get your bags. Does anyone know which BA number I should contact in order to get a DPR?
