The lounge situation is so poor at ATH that we just stay out in the terminal
The good news is they are updating their lounges. Last month visited the new ex-Schengen Aegean/Star Alliance lounge. Very, very nice. I believe there's a new Goldair lounge ex-Schengen opening soon.
