Considering staying at this property for a couple nights later this month. My other option at the moment is the Park South Hotel. HC Times Square is out of my price range at the moment and the new Centric at 39th and Fifth doesn’t have any rooms available with two beds. On paper, Hyatt House wins out because of the size of room I get for the price and its proximity to multiple subway lines. What other factors should I consider?
