I have tried and came up empty. And using ANA miles to Europe usually shows mostly LH with very high surcharges. ANA miles are great to get some first/business eats to Japan (right when they open up) but not of much use otherwise
Availability is pretty reliable to anywhere in Asia ANA flies, so Thailand, Indonesia, etc are all similarly priced in miles.
And there are the "round the world tickets" via a pretty low miles expenditure as well.
