The American DC-10 is the reason I became a fan of American. I grew up in New York and we would take a yearly family vacation to Hawaii. JFK-LAX-HNL on DC-10s until the early 90s and then JFK-LAX on 767s and LAX-HNL on DC-10s. I associated those planes with their huge windows with going to Paradise. In fact, the 10 in CMK10 is for the DC-10.
