If your fare basis is a Business Class fare basis and you are otherwise eligible for the STPC (not all domestic add-on fares are eligible - some have a surcharge coded into the fare rule) you should get assigned to Skylight. If you don't get a voucher for Skylight, point the fare basis out to whoever gives you the voucher and they will reissue it.
