Good old Marriott customer service
I sent a missing stay request for 3 nights that didn’t post in April. 15th to 18th to be precise. I get a response telling me that the dates overlap another stay which was the 14th to the 18th of August. Then a long diatribe explaining I must be the person who stays to receive the points. Three paragraphs in fact. I replied saying if they read the invoice more carefully they would have noted it was April not August.
