Upgrade space was open a couple months ago, but as described, the agent had to send the PNR to a queue for the segments to be broken up. The segments updated online in a few days. I called and messaged a few times make payment on the additional tax, but annoyingly, it doesn't seem like they're setup to handle inbound requests. I did finally get a call/voicemail about a month before the trip, called in, and was eventually transferred to an agent that took payment.
€15.46 sounds better than >100! I'm gonna upgrade the outbound too then, thanks!
