Also I presume if I get the ICC card I can still use the concierge and travel insurance pretty much anywhere?

Actually benefits are quite dismal, I am sure you will get better benefits from your local Amex cards. Most ppl got it because they need a USD or EUR card (I got one because I need a Euro denominated Chip and Pin card).
