Can I check what the benefit of getting the ICC card over say a local card is? In my case, HK, the local card is about USD1k and the local benefits are minimal.

I note the ICC states that they "are not offered to residents of the USA, Singapore, the European Union (UK exempt) and some other excluded countries." It's not clear what "other excluded countries" are. I guess I can call up and find out.

Also I presume if I get the ICC card I can still use the concierge and travel insurance pretty much anywhere?
Actually benefits are quite dismal, I am sure you will get better benefits from your local Amex cards. Most ppl got it because they need a USD or EUR card (I got one because I need a Euro denominated Chip and Pin card).
