The flights are on Air Canada, Swiss, and Lufthansa City Line. The first three flights have United flight number (codeshares), the last, Lufthansa.
Wheretocredit claims United P fares earn 150% RDM on Aeroplan, and seems to be the best option.
None of your flights are operated by UA, so UA P fares earning 150% and UA flight numbers are irrelevant to the RDM calculations.
You also did not include the fare you paid and your current UA status.
If assuming the above flights and you credit to Aeroplan, you would get around 15,454 RDM.
If you're a general UA MileagePlus member, then you will need to compare your fare x5 to see if you're better or worse off.
So based on the above RDM, if you paid approximately $3,091 or more on UA, it would be better to credit it to UA MP.
