Pound sand. Virgin Atlantic stopped giving away cards (using covid as an excuse) , and instead ask you to use the electronic one - which isn't always recognized.
Beliieve me I have tried.

Considering that virgin isn't even giving prompt refunds, I think they have bigger problems.

Also - the whole recognition within DL/AF/KL is a mess. Do a search. I've been turned away at the Delia Skyclub.
