Where to credit United (and LH) P fare - codeshares
The itinerary was booked through AmexTravel (by redeeming Membership Rewards, not sure if that is relevant).

The ticket was issued by United (016-)
The flights are on Air Canada, Swiss, and Lufthansa City Line. The first three flights have United flight number (codeshares), the last, Lufthansa.

Wheretocredit claims United P fares earn 150% RDM on Aeroplan, and seems to be the best option.

Wheretocredit claims Air Canda P fares earn 150% on Aeroplan, but 200% on TAP (is this relevant or do UA's rules apply?).

Can any one confirm or provide alternatives?
