Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked a Cozy Room, believed I received either a Cozy or Classic Room. Basically no upgrade.
How are the rooms? Fine, decor a little tired but functional room and decent layout and size.
How is the exec. lounge? Didnt visit, supplement is now £150/day with ambassador discount
What was good and what was bad? Hotel was fine, nothing too noteworthy. Lobby is small and a weird layout but the lobby bar was decent. Staff generally pleasant and professional. Not getting an upgrade was the big disappointment. Ended up on the first floor overlooking a rooftop.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? Paid £449/night rate but with ambassador weekend cert it ended up being a good deal. Not sure I’d stay here without a weekend cert or a better rate.
