I have a ex-BUD to Canada next month with a 6 AM departure from BUD and I have booked this hotel, as locations can not be beaten. If you want to have dinner in town the eve it is perfectly possible and coming back late evening at the airport is less uncertain than early morning.
I have not stayed there since last time in 2019. But based on what I read online nothing has changed: pleasant airport hotel with no frills, rate usually good considering location.

Stayed there twice in ten days, every time 1 night only. Upgraded to a Junior Suite first stay and to a Suite (living room separate from bedroom) second time, bottle of wine as a gift in the room both stay. Stay at 100 EUR or less. Note there is now a machine for checkin and printing luggage tag in the lobby, covering around a bit less than ten airlines.
