I actually dropped into both of the PP eligible lounges at ATH on the non-Schengen side when I had some time to kill before flying home back in June. Neither were anything to write home about, but they were serviceable enough if you've got some time to kill. Whether or not they're worth the price of entry really depends on how important the quiet is to you - the food was nothing special, and there were no views to speak of.
