It’s amazing how bad the customer service is when three globalist reps (including a supervisor) deny that this benefit is guaranteed. It should not be this difficult to get Hyatt to back their own policies.
Yeah, there’s no real ambiguity to it. It is subject to availability at Resorts, Destination Residences, casinos, nowhere else.
