I called the globalist line - agent told me 4:00 checkout is not guaranteed and subject to availability. Escalated to a manager. Manager tells me the same thing. We went over the policy together word for word - she admitted it was "ambiguous" and insisted that internal policy is that the 4:00 checkout is only subject to availability.
Any suggestions for how I should proceed? I'm tired of escalating, but I'm also frustrated with how Hyatt seems to have no intention of supporting their own policy.

Does this property charge a resort fee or are they indicated to be a resort?
