Question/Help - Baggage Allowance SYD-YVR??

Hello All

My wife is travelling business class from SYD-YVR-YOW and she is a Prestige member.

I checked with Air Canada here in YOW and they said two bags.

What is the real deal at check-in at SYD, could she take three bags, she has done some extra shopping in Oz and would need a third bag?

What is the scoop?
