Had an awesome stay here during the US Open as a Globalist. The hotel even had a meet and greet with Tiafoe, who was staying at the hotel while we were there! Breakfast service in the restaurant was very slow the first day, so we went with room service every other day (both included and fully taken off at check out). We received a studio suite upgrade- no word from the hotel on the "Upper Stories" hotel-within-a-hotel opening, and I didn't inquire to check it out. Overall, I loved the service throughout the hotel, and would definitely stay again. Don't miss the Burger Joint! Full tour below.
