The aisle seats in row 5 should be better, as they only have washrooms behind. Row 4 would be quieter and would be my choice. The first class cabin has 2 rows and sits directly in front of the mini cabin, separated by a wall. A bonus of the mini cabin is that the FA’s hold back the main business cabin on deboarding and so you get off the plane first.
Its a bit of a crap shoot. I've have super quiet flights in the mini business cabin, but some not so much. The same for the main cabin. Sometimes you just get a noisy crew or noisy passnegers...or both. I don't sleep much on planes, so I'm not a reference for sleep.
