Hi there, I'm flying Turkish Airlines for the first time on September 17--IAD-Istanbul-Vienna. Flights TK 188 and TK 1885.
The airline changed the departure time of TK 188 by 20 minutes, which is fine with me. But the website is so horrible it won't let me accept the change. I also want to request a vegetarian meal.
My second gripe is that the airline doesn't seem to have a toll-free number in the U.S. and I skyped the so-called 24/7 number +90 850 333 0849, and I get a message saying the number doesn't work. The airline has been absolutely horrible to contact. Can you please help
