I've had a chat with one of the agents over chat messenger.

They say they will provide a hotel. And when i arrive in HEL, I have to go to the transfers desk, where they will give me a voucher. This does concern me a bit, as the last two times i've arrived in HEL from MAN, its been very late and the transfer desk was closed until the 6AM the next day. The agent said this is my only option other than a full refund.
