MX (and possibly AM) operated the DC-10-15, which was a DC-10-10 but had the performance of a DC-10-30 so they could effectively operate out of MEX.
NW operated the DC-10-40 with enhanced MTOW.
FX converted a bunch of DC-10's to MD-10's with a glass cockpit and eliminating the FE position.
