Emerald Executive Elite - Free Upgrade
According to National's website, EEs are entitled to
"Guaranteed Upgrades — You’re always guaranteed a free upgrade when you reserve a full-size through luxury vehicle (in the US and Canada)."

I'm EE and I booked a Full Size at LAX; but the reservation says 'upon arrival please proceed to Executive area to choose your vehicle'. How can ask for an upgrade if I don't go thru the counter? Is it possible to get a Full Size SUV (Chevy Suburban) as an upgrade from full size sedan?
