We received a 4 page document on JGA letterhead including an invoice, customer details, itinerary (which we filled out), and the last page is in Japanese which just says something like JGA is the party coordinating the tour as indicated on the itinerary. This last page had the JGA stamp on it.
We will print all of this out and bring it to the airport when we leave (we fly Sept 23). My only worry is that we are only on a 2 day stopover, so our itinerary only has 1 day of activity.
We registered for the ERFS and VISA around the same time as you but we dont have their 4 page documents and letterhead. How did you ask JGA for the documents? Do you mind sharing what you sent in the email to JGA to get the 4 page document? So that we can do the same as well to get the documents in case immigration asks for it.
