Back many years ago (around 2000) I flew ORD - JFK - LHR (Concorde) - CPT (BA First) Round trip for 125,000 miles per ticket and amazingly $29 taxes, fuel surcharge was not yet created as a revenue grab from FF's. The ticket cost was $29,000 so yielded 23 cents a mile.

Concorde redemptions were always available 6 months out.
