I submitted ours to the Seattle consulate around 10am yesterday, and they also just went from temporarily received -> accepted about an hour ago, so either they're not getting many requests, or they're batching large numbers of them at this stage. Haven't seen anyone else here post about Seattle in particular, so not sure how they'll be doing on processing time or name order for ERFS. Mine went out as FIRST MIDDLE LAST.
