I still have yet to see the Premium Class seat assignments upon up to me as an AA Gold at T-24 like the website suggests it should.

I have no problem selecting exit row shortly after I book using my AA number, so I know AS is recognizing my Gold status. And if I bother to ask a gate agent, they have always switched me to Premium without any issue, so I know it's allowed. But the app never actually does it automatically, or allows me to manually do it without talking to a GA. This is true whether I'm in an exit row to start with or not.
