I registered (and have the confirmation email). I converted 31,000 miles in June.

I just checked my account and the 15K miles expired, despite registering and converting the extra 31K miles.

Trying to figure out how to chase this down. I've been sitting on "ignore" for quite some time in WhatsApp. The other option seems to be to download some form, physically mail it to Hong Kong (I'm in the USA), and then wait 6-8 weeks? https://www.asiamiles.com/en/account...es/others.html
