There are bags lying everywhere at Copenhagen airport baggage arrival hall this summer and previously they just line them up by certain area at the baggage claim area. I found someone was holding my bag once in LHR throughout my life, and I was able to get it back from this lady because I got my name tag on the bag. We try to make sure that we arrive before the bags get to the carousel.
