Route specific, day of the week specific, time of the day specific...

For example, I had no shot on hub-to-hub flights over the holiday weekend (LAX-DEN, ORD-LAX), but got CPUs on very few elite routes such as DEN-RIC, or RIC-ORD. W fare bucket 1K landed me somewhere in the teens on the waitlist for those hub-to-hub flights.
