The Flex and Comfort FPs say the same thing with regards to fare class (copy and paste from T&C):
- Flight credit bookings are subject to availability of a Flex fare option (M booking class).
- Flight credit bookings are subject to availability of a Comfort fare option (M booking class).
ah thank you. Yes I see it now in the T&C’s. Don’t know how I read that 100 times and missed the M class in both : and yes it’s strange the comfort has $25 fee for both changes AND cancellations when the comfort fare itself is fully refundable:

the passes have a $50 per seat difference and you get free drink and free preferred seat. We usually use these to book quite last minute so changes and cancellations aren’t a big issue in terms of what’s the best offer and the preferred seats are often but not always gone Comfort might not offer much value Will think
