ANA also ordered and operated the SR; as a Flight Test Analysis engineer in Aug 1979 I worked a test flight from Everett to Boeing Field on JA8136

a nowhere-near-exhaustive list of other airline types with fewer than, say, 20 examples ever in service would include the Concorde (16?) and the Dassault Mercure (10?); if you raise the minimum to, say, 40 you would pick up the 767-400 (37?)
