I stayed there last Saturday and they still have complimentary car service. I only went to the Century City Mall since it was raining, but I would guess they probably will drop you off in Beverly Hills as well.

On a previous stay, I had a king with sundeck. It had a table and two chairs as well as two lounge chairs. This was during the summer so it was fun lying out on the deck. I'm not sure whether it would be worthwhile if the weather is not great. Last week, I had a junior suite which is also very nice, but having a big deck is a unique experience.

I have to say that the service level has improved significantly since my last stay. I wonder if that is attributable to the new GM.
