I travelled on two Business Lowest rewards recently (YVR-YYZ-LGA, BWI-YYZ-YVR). SDC offered at $105 CAD and $105 USD respectively. Standby was also offered - I did click to see what was on offer but there was nothing worthwhile.
Unrelated, but the BWI agent was very flexible with changing flights. My itinerary had an overnight layover in YYZ. Was proactively offered a same day connection which was illegal. Apparently, they're given a lot of leeway even before a delay is posted. Didn't seem to be weather/overbooking-related, but I didn't question her generosity.
