Both of the agents checking people in at the IAD Polaris lounge both looked very unhappy and their tone of voice was extremely unwelcoming, in stark contrast to those we interacted at the LHR United Lounge.
Also, it is alway been the case that as soon as we return to US from overseas, we see way too many frowning airline employees. Obviously, not all of them look toxic to us, but we just see much more here at US.
