Stayed in late Aug 2022 as a Diamond AMB.

Got a 2 category upgrade for both rooms booked.

Provided with RtB voucher. Given fudge for the password.

Was on a Virtuoso rate which gave breakfast and £81 credit. Cost of room to me was £145.

Common areas were large and in reasonable condition.

Breakfast service was a little haphazard. I think they may be understaffed.

Personally, I found this hotel to be good value if you can get a Virtuoso rate and only need 1/2 nights.
