YouTube videos are very easy to skim through using the control bar at the bottom plus screen preview. The best YouTubers even provide time markers between the video sections to make it easier to skip around. So I always start by skipping ahead to the boarding video then focus on the layout of the cabin and seats. Then I skip ahead past the ridiculously long take-off videos to the drinks and meal service. Just as fast as scrolling through OMMAT's Infinite Photos (OIPs). And with the videos I can see the whole cabin and pause on things I want to look at more closely - such as seats that Ben did not sit in or different angles of the middle seats (which my wife and I prefer but Ben eschews). With OIPs I only see what the photos show.
YouTube also often has several videos featuring the same cabin and service, so I can get a crowd-sourced view of them.
To me, blogs are the Facebook of cabin reviews. Quaint and sometimes helpful, but NOT my go-to anymore.
