PZ indicates you have already cleared into Polaris. Cannot see anything from the screenshot that shows WL.
Maybe try selecting seats on the PZ flight and see if it allows you to allocate a seat in Polaris??
For datapoints, was wondering:
1. You used *A upgrade through ANA's program?
2. This was an ANA-plated ticket?

When I submitted the ANA Upgrade request, it told me that I would be waitlisted.
1.) Used 56,000 ANA points to request 2 *A upgrades on UA flight
2.) Ticket was purchased/ticketed on UA.com
When attempting to select a seat, it takes me to the 'you're on your way to an upgrade' pop up. Bu then the next screen then presents me with upgrade options that don't include any way to move forward. Prior to applying the ANA *A upgrade request, I was given option to upgrade to business for ~$950 per person. Now neither $$ or UA points are showing as an option. My seats are still showing PP on the seat map.
