I’m sorry you’re experiencing this… loss of parents is tough any time, let alone when you’re juggling a busy schedule.

What are you trying to do right now? Plan ahead or take action? Are you trying to change your routing? Are you trying to cancel tickets and be refunded or are credits ok with you?
