After a 3 day wait from my email the OTA customer service dept rang me but they tell me that Finnair has exchanged the ticket without the HKG-PER segment and they have taken control of the ticket. OTA says they can't access it to make/request any changes and that I will need to contact Finnair. Stay tuned.
Hopefully that makes what you're trying to do a bit easier. FWIW as an AY nobody, last week it was about 40 minutes on hold to get through to someone.
