I sent them a PM and here was their response.
"We are sorry to hear that you have not received your statement credit and would be happy to provide further direction in regards to your inquiry. Upon review of your account, we show that you have met the requirements to earn the $95.00 statement credit. Regrettably, we have identified an issue that prevented the statement credit from posting to your AAdvantageŽ AviatorŽ World Elite Business MastercardŽ.
We are pleased to inform you that the $95.00 statement credit will appear on your next billing statement and you will be able to view the credit online in XXXX business days."
How/who did you PM? I've called twice and been told it will take 60 days to review even though they can see I should have received it.
