Despite rooms being available they tried to pretty persistently get me to go to the 'family area' instead to sleep on a lounge chair as they mentioned there was a flight to/from Sydney delayed and were prioritizing the rooms for those pax.

I didnt accept and they reluctantly brought me to a room, but as we were walking there they said it was a 'one time exception' as usually you needed a min of 4 hour connection to get a nap room. Note: I had a 3 hour 40 min connection

I dont recall reading that on here - is that true?
