Only in Business Class long-haul. Economy service is similar to any other transatlantic airline, just food is better. I dislike juices on offer :/ Look at my video above - rhat is standars turkish airlines meal that you can expect. On IAD-IST you can expect up to 3 choices beef and or chicken and vegetarian (e.g. pasta). During meals vanilla/chocolate spomde cake and cheese snadwiches are for self serve in the galley + drinks. Wine and beer is for free during service
